Stand Up directed by Mari Sanders

After an accident leaves 23-year-old Vera in a wheelchair, she must find her way in a life she no longer recognises. When she meets Xander, a young stand-up comedian who has used a wheelchair all his life, their growing friendship challenges her ideas about independence, identity and belonging.

As set decorator, I worked on shaping the film’s visual world in collaboration with production designer Nadide Argun.
